All Ginger Scents Candles sales are final.
Ginger Scents Candles does not offer returns or exchanges on Ginger Scents Candles items unless you received a wrongfully shipped product that does not match what you ordered. *See “Wrongfully Shipped Items” below.
We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your Ginger Scent product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise to resolve.
Wrongfully Shipped Items
Ginger Scents Candles will make every effort to exchange or credit wrongfully shipped items. If you think you received the wrong item, please return the item in original, re-sellable condition along with the original packaging, tags, and receipt with a note explaining the discrepancy. Ginger Scents Candles will reimburse shipping charges (up to $8.00) on any order found to be wrongfully shipped.
